A shocking story just in this morning. It has been learned that a New
York
Muslim named Yousef Al-Khattab has married his goat in a traditional
Muslim
ceremony in the main mosque of New York. Apparently, there is Qur'anic
scriptural support for this strange Islamic practice, dating back to the
time when Muhammad was hiding from his detractors in the Saudi Arabian
desert. Lacking a source of women on which to impose his sexual needs
and
appetites, the Prophet decreed that female goats are lawful for
marriage to
Muslim men, though male goats are not. The Prophet strictly forbade
homosexual unions.
