The Venus Point and the Star of Venus (Venus cazimi Sol)

I recently read a blog post on The Mountain Astrologer, touching upon
a ”new” astrological topic (the Venus Point and the Star of Venus).

I have been considering this subject myself, so I was happy to see
that someone has made a bit of research into this area. ”Conjunction
points” are of interest in astrology, for instance we do take notice
of the Jupiter/Saturn-conjunctions. Since the Venus/Sun-dance is so
regular, that in itself is—I think—a bit interesting.

Myself, I started looking into this topic (only very little, but
anyhow) in connection with the June 2004 Venus-transit over the face
of the Sun. As I mentioned in another post, I'm a GEM so when things
happen in the immediate vicinity of your Sun, that makes for added
interest.

My own conclusions are mostly of rather personal (and not so
interesting) nature, but I thought I should at least share what I
found on the net after reading the above blog post. There are other

written on the topic, more to be read about it on venusstarrising.com.
