Minor website suggestion
https://www.s-s-l.co.uk/orderpage_order.cgi?loadtabroadband&curcourse=
I see two lines at the top. The second is my existing ADSL line, and
it has a blue box telling me that I can click on any "line" to edit
"stuff".
Is this line as in phone line, or line of the webpage? The arrow is
definitely pointing at the phone-line line.
So, as I'd come to modify my units, I was baffled. I'd suggest another
of those smart, blue, hint boxes, against the topmost line of my
details, my postal address.
The placement would be a problem, though. The logical place would be
to the right of the address, with the arrow pointing leftwards, but
you'd have to do some mathematics to prevent it overlaying the
address, which is a variable length...
Do those hint boxes have a variety with the arrow pointing downwards,
at the left-hand end of the box? If so, you could place this hint to
the right of the "BROADBAND" header.
See: http://swiftys.org.uk/images/broadband.jpg for a rough idea.
