Pederast Nigger gets 5 lifetime scholarships in Nigger College for giving boy STD

A former Bexar County juvenile detention officer convicted of giving a
boy a sexually transmitted disease while abusing him over a period of
several years was ordered by a judge Friday to serve five concurrent
life sentences.

One of the convictions, for super aggravated sexual assault of a child,
makes Miles McFadden, 32, ineligible to ever apply for parole.

The four other life sentences were for separate counts of aggravated
sexual assault of a child. Besides those, State District Judge Maria
Teresa Herr ordered McFadden to serve four 20-year sentences for sexual
assault of a child and a 10-year sentence for indecency with a child.

“We want the sexual predators who commit these kinds of offences to be
removed from society,” Assistant District Attorney Patrick Ballantyne
said as he asked for — and received — maximum sentences for all 10 counts.

The victim was not in custody at the juvenile detention center and no
other allegations against McFadden have surfaced, prosecutors said after
the hearing.

But the case, Ballantyne told the judge, was “pretty much as egregious
as it gets,” pointing to allegations that the boy was raped about twice
a week starting at the age of 10.

Defense attorney John Paul Young sought a 25-year sentence, the minimum
for “super aggravated” offenses. Given that McFadden is already not
eligible for parole, the maximum should be reserved for cases involving
physical injury and torture, he argued.

The boy, who testified against McFadden during his jury trial in
November, sat in court Friday but declined to read aloud a victim impact
statement he wrote. Prosecutor Jessica Frazier read it for him.

“I decided to forgive you, Miles, even though you tried to break me
down,” he wrote. “... I'm still standing.”

McFadden responded by yelling, “I forgive you for lying.”

Shortly thereafter, he was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs.
