Ignite 0.040 is released

Hi! I`ve released a new version of my roguelike - Ignite.

Short version of changelog:
* Big outdoor location is generated (with snow, grass, forestes,
deserts, mountains ...)
* Big number of dungeons of various size and dificulty is generated
* Item system (rare items, magical enchantments, idenfification ...)
* Skill system (new skills and abilities, new way to raise your
skills)
* 2 schools of magic (arcane and holy) with ~12 spells to cast
* 1 deity
* New resource - Fury (that will be used by melee fighters)
* Magic knowledge and ambustion mechanic to leard spells
* Potions and scrolls with 8 effects (more to come in next versions)
* and manymanymany bug fixes
