Activist Pro-homo Judge: Gay rights group can canvass outside Target

http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D9MF5FI80.htm

A San Diego judge has ruled that a pro-gay marriage group can continue
canvassing outside Target stores in California.

Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Barton ruled Thursday that Target Corp. did
not present enough evidence to show Canvass for a Cause volunteers have
been harassing its customers.

Barton also says the store entrances are considered a public forum under
California law.

The Minnesota-based retail giant had asked the court for a temporary
injunction to stop the volunteers from collecting signatures and donations
in support of gay marriage.

Barton also warned the San Diego group to be respectful when it canvasses
and to not impede the flow of traffic.

Canvass for a Cause director Tres Watson called the ruling a victory for
not only his organization, but for free speech.

Meanwhile, the dick suckers continue their agenda to force acceptance of
male dick sucking and the elimination of first amendment rights for
heterosexuals. The ass bandits intend to get legislation passed that
would ban criticism of homosexuals.

Criticism is protected free speech. Discrimination is not.

The recognition of impending loss or danger while legally restrained
from taking action
results in disregard for law and vigilantism.

And you're opposed to the rule of law, right?
