assuming the man in the black hat and blue jacket seen by ed hoffman walked
away after he "tossed" the rifle to the railroad worker, that man could be
the one seen looking into the 1955 chevy here, talking to someone in the
1955 chevy or looking into it for something or acting like he's looking into
the chevy to create a cover for his involvement with the assassination
