LAWTON, Oklahoma -- A Comanche County jury has convicted a Lawton man
of first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 6-year-old boy.

The Lawton Constitution reports the jury deliberated about six hours
before finding Maurice Tubbs guilty Thursday night in the April 2009
death of Hikeem Lambirth. The jury recommended Tubbs be sentenced to
life in prison with the possibility of parole.

Sentencing is set for April 5.

Prosecutors say the boy was sleeping on a couch when he was killed
after Tubbs shot at the house. Investigators say the target of the
shooting was another man who Tubbs believed had shot Tubbs' car.


The only thing we have in our favor when it comes to Niggers & guns is the fact that
they do not maintain (i.e. clean/oil) their weapons & often do stupid shit like holding
them sideways (with the added bonus of their shots often taking out toddlers & breeders)
