TNB At K-Mart: Coon robs 16 year old girl in parking lot

DeWitt (WSYR-TV) - DeWitt Police are asking for help identifying a
suspect involved in the strong armed robbery Friday afternoon outside
Kmart on Erie Boulevard. The suspect was Caught on Tape inside the store
prior to the robbery with another woman.

Police say that at 2:15 p.m. the suspect approached a 16-year-old girl
sitting in her family's car and told her to give him the merchandise. He
opened the car door and forcibly took her purse, a flip camera, cell
phone and other items. Then, he told her to get out of the car as he
continued to ransack the vehicle.

The suspect is described as a black male, about 30 years old, 5'10" to
6' tall, weighing about 200 pounds, either with short black hair or
bald, a gold front tooth, wearing a dark jacket and light blue jeans.

While the suspect was ransacking the vehicle, a dark green 4-door sedan
pulled up behind the teenager's car. Police believe the driver was the
same woman seen with the suspect on surveillance video from the Kmart's
cameras. She is described as a thin white female in her early 20’s, with
curly, blonde shoulder-length hair with straight bangs, wearing a black
jacket, black belt with silver circles, jeans and black knee high boots.
The jacket and the boots had colorful designs.
