Do your homework.

The Republicans pulled this stuff all the time.

So your argument is two wrongs make a right ?

Turnaround sucks, doesn't it?

And here some people were thinking you were a kind caring leftist...

If we Democrats could get the stupid people in our tent, we would be
UNSTOPPABLE!

I will point out that you Democrats have had a majority in both houses
and the presidency for nearly a year and have accomplished nothing but
hand out money to your friends.

I just wonder how many screaming rightards who decried socialism are
now going to take their children with pre-existing conditions who
previously could not get medical care to the doctor to get the
possibly life saving care they need. No doubt after the system saves
their child's life, they will still be pissing and moaning about
socialism taking over their lives.

and now the sky is not falling according to dums.

It would be bad for Senate Democrats. I guess that's what you want, right?

It would look worse for the House Democrats who hoped to have some
cover...

Obama signs historic $938 billion health overhaul

That's a trillion dollars we don't have.

Who cares, right? Someone else can figure that small sticking point out
and then pay for it.

The bill that will be signed into law was passed by the Senate. The
changes the House wants won't become law until passed by the Senate
and signed by the Prez.

According to the Senate rules, a simple majority is all that's
required to pass it, and it can't be subjected to a filibuster. It's a
fait accompli, I'm afraid. The Democrats are exclusively responsible
for this and may find themselves choking on it in the near future.

As a small business owner, I get an immediate 35% tax credit on the
heath insurance I buy for my employees, so it's a good deal for me,
but I still don't like most of it.
