DELHI TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- Police upgraded the charges on Thursday against a
man accused of
voyeurism.

Kenneth Blackerby is now charged with second-degree voyeurism, instead of
third-degree voyeurism,
Delhi Township police said.

Police said the reason for upgrading the charges against Blackerby is
because he used a cell
phone to record his latest victim.

Police said they searched Blackerby's cell phone after they arrested him on
a separate voyeurism
charge. Officer said they found video of a woman showering and toweling off
on the phone.

The upgraded charges against Blackerby allow prosecutors to seek a 90-day
jail sentence, as
opposed to 60 days for the lesser charge.

Blackerby has a history of voyeurism charges. He was arrested in 2005 while
he was out on bond on
another charge after being accused of snapping pictures up women's skirts as
they shopped.

Most recently, a woman at a Delhi tanning salon said she undressed and then
noticed Blackerby's
face poking above the booth, watching her.
