Typical Monkey Behavior: HeBoon trapped after monkey-ing around with Criminal evidence

MANCHESTER, N.H. (FOX 25 / MyFoxBoston) - A 23-year-old New Hampshire man
was arrested and
charged with tampering with evidence.

Detectives with the Nashua Police Department Criminal Investigation Division
arrested Jonathan
Blaney, Manchester, N.H., Saturday afternoon and charged him with Tampering
with Witnesses and
Informants (Class B Felony).

Blaney had been previously charged with Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault
(Felony) and waiting
trial at Valley Street Jail.

Detectives learned Blaney had communicated to a relative of the victim of
the Aggravated
Felonious Sexual Assault, instructing the relative to pressure the victim to
recant his original
report of the assault.

A Class B Felony is punishable by up to seven years in state prison,
exclusive of fines. Blaney
was scheduled to be arraigned on this charge today in Nashua District Court.
