A Lufkin man was sentenced to 10 years in prison Tuesday for exposing
himself to a 12-year-old
boy last year.

Joshua Clem Miller, 25, was found guilty of indecency with a child by
exposure last month,
receiving a 10-year prison sentence Tuesday. In May 2009, Miller was seen
exposing himself around
town, including the incident in which the boy saw Miller’s genitals from a
car stopped in traffic
on Timberland Drive.

In May 2009, a woman told police a man exposed himself to her while she was
loading items in her
car outside Target, according to previous reports. She said a man in a
silver car with the
windows rolled down slowly drove by her. She turned to see who it was and
saw the man
masturbating. When the man saw her reaction, he drove off. The woman wrote
down the car’s license
plate number and gave it to police.

According to previous reports, a mother and her son were stopped in the 200
block of South
Timberland Drive when they saw a silver Pontiac car pull up next to them.
The car windows were
rolled down and they saw a man exposing himself while he masturbated. He
drove beside them for
several blocks before the woman was able to turn, previous reports stated.
